Australian Inature Organic Care Pty Limited had make a royal 2018 the middle of the year inner training meeting. middle of the year working report in Haikou at Sept.4-5;All Inature family people went to Qionghai at Sept.6-7,two days one night training and travel was begin here.This inner training meeting was not only promote the working in the next half year,but also enhance the team assist ability,thereby improve company whole cohesion, motivate every one working passion,let’s recall the splendid moment together.

After reports,the travel was beganbeautiful view,comfort sea wind,golden beach and luxury sea view hotels…the best thing was our whole family encourage with each other,strong,insist, cooperation and solidarity and friendship.

Little warm-up game,there was lots of laugh scene,and the atmosphere was alive at one blow,the next games will be more interesting!!

There were five teams which is“Superman team”,” Exceed team”,” The Hulk team”,” Iron Man team”and “Sharp knife team”.Every team had there own domineering slogan, clangorous team song,the next competition each team will have high morale and fully confidence.

This is the best team show with cohesion and vitality.

All guys tied up the feet together ,cross the skidding way as rule,see which team will arrive destination first;in this game,we knew the team work together was the most important, the key to team success was how to adjust their pace with the team, go!

Team game name” Colored eggs in the clouds”

What a summer!Let’s playing with water,this is funny game with love and vitality. This was not only tests everyone's ability to throw water balls accurately to the the other side of easy catch range but also tested the students' ability to catch water balls ability.

Team game name” The breathing power”

Each team used the tools provided by the coach to make a breathing device, they blew air into the pipe together. The team who blew the balloon first was the winner.In this game,developed the captain's command ability. How to divide the work and cooperate among the team members,how to effectively communicate and complete the task, all of us were greatly inspired!

Paired the same fruit together where hidden under the hat ,it sounded simple, but the process was not easy. It took teams to collaborate to win

,and the all family could share the fruits together.

Bonfire party·Talent show competition

At night, the bonfire party started ,Mr. feng first grand entrance, with a fair-sounding song for this party started.Versatile friends ,great show, fun sketches, loveer songs and hot dances;We enjoyed the wonderful singing and performance, the free sea breeze, the delicious barbecue, around the campfire, singing and dancing, enjoying the rare reunion and joy, enhancing each other's feelings and bringing each other closer.

Visit Boao Forum for Asia ·Yudai Beach

When arrived Qionghai,wo had visit Boao Forum for Asia,the scene was majesty;then we visited Yudai beach by boat,left many footprint for the sea.

Take the cable car, climb Baishi ridge

After a delicious lunch, we walked to baishi ridge in high spirits. We enjoyed the panoramic view of qionghai in the cable car.At last, we went forward hand in hand and encouraged each other.

The short and brilliant outward bound is over. Australia Inature the middle of the year inner training meeting in 2018 has also been successfully concluded.
